Seated Exercise

Seated exercise is suitable for all ages that have instability and balance issues. It can be performed on a 1 to 1 basis or as part of a group exercise programme.
This exercise regime can provide you with significant physical and psychological benefits.In general terms as we age our balance is affected by many issues including sight, hearing, general muscle weakness and disease.
By exercising whilst seated your balance and co-ordination can be improved along with your posture, strength and well being.
An assessment will provide the practitioner with the level of your fitness and movement ability. A plan will then be designed specifically for you to improve health and maximise movement.
