Personal Training Programme
Your personal training programme will include:
Initial assessment
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Heart Rate
- Basal Metabolic Index (BMI)
- Measurements
- Body composition
- Strength tests
- Cardiovascular tests
- Body alignment tests
- Posture/ Balance
Reassessment after 6 weeks
We will reassess all the above tests and 6 weeks into the programme we will check again to enable us to update and adjust your programme to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit. Minor adjustments, where necessary, are also made throughout the programme to ensure maximum results.
