Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual lymphatic massage MLD is an advanced therapy in which the therapist, utilising specialised rhythmical pumping techniques which stimulates the lymphatic vessels.
These vessels carry vital substances for the defence of the body and for removal of waste products.
Each treatment lasts approximately 1 hour.
MLD can be used as either a preventative or well being treatment.
