A: When you pass water, your urine should be colourless.

A: On average for a women it should be 2000 calories and 2500 calories for a man. For an elite or professional athlete an energy expenditure assessment would need to be performed and calorie intake established.


Q: Is a nutrition and lifestyle programme just a diet?
A: No, we do not use the term diet, this is a holistic programme that looks at your lifestyle and eating habits rather than focus solely on your food intake and calories.
