A: All the therapists at BodyActif are fully qualified in their respective fields, members of their appropriate professional bodies and insured.


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Cash or cheque, unfortunately at this time we cannot accept credit or debit cards.


Q: Can I cancel an appointment?
A: The therapists all operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, after which time, a cancellation fee is payable for non-attendance.
Fees for different treatments vary, so please enquire about cost at the time of booking.


Q: Do I need a referral from my GP?
A: None of the therapies at the clinic require a referral, but you should check with your doctor if you are undertaking exercise or training with us.


Q: How much do you charge?
